Soldier Field’s own seating map is the diagram to use. A seating guide describes the 400 level, sections 427–447, as the upper west grandstand and says those tickets are typically the cheapest, with a steep climb and wind exposure in the edge sections. It also says the 400 level requires stairs.

CTA says the Red, Orange, and Green Lines stop at Roosevelt, a few blocks east of the stadium, about a 15-minute walk through Museum Campus, or a short ride on the #146. CTA and Soldier Field both list the #128 Soldier Field Express on Bears game days, from Union Station and Ogilvie.
Metra’s Electric Line stops at Museum Campus/11th Street and at 18th Street. Metra’s Fire page walks through both; the same stations serve the stadium.
