Wintrust Arena guide
Wintrust Arena does not allow outside food or drinks, including water, unless they are medically needed. A clear bag may be up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches. A non-clear purse may be no larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches.
This is the Sky’s home court. The Sky season in this file is over.
Bag policy
The bag page allows clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12 by 6 by 12 inches, including clear fanny packs, backpacks, or sling bags. It also allows a non-clear purse or bag no larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches, and a one-gallon clear freezer bag.
Medical items and diaper bags are allowed after inspection. Prohibited bags include camera bags, briefcases, computer bags, non-clear backpacks larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches, coolers including a thermos, and luggage.
Outside food and drink
The A–Z guide says that, for health-code and safety reasons, the arena does not allow outside food and beverages, including water. It says to call ahead for health concerns or allergies. A later heading says outside food and beverage are not permitted unless medically needed.
The box office, at 200 E. Cermak Road, is listed as open Tuesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with different hours on event days.
Cheapest seating
The arena seating-chart page does not name a cheapest section. The Sky’s A–Z guide says wheelchair seating is on the 100 and 200 levels, and that the arena has 22 luxury suites on the 200 and 300 levels.
The Sky membership FAQ says a Skyrider membership includes the lowest priced tickets per game. That is a membership claim, not a section number.
